The Detailed Process: Step-by-Step
- Initiate Your Request
Within 15 days of delivery, contact our Customer Care team at [email protected]. Please include your order number and details about the item (e.g., Domino Joiner, C-Channel hardware) and the reason for the return/exchange.
- Receive Your RMA & Instructions
We will review your request and, if approved, email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed packing/shipping instructions. No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box.
- Pack and Ship Your Return
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts. Place the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship the package to our returns center using a trackable carrier (like DHL, FedEx, or EMS). We recommend insuring the shipment. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Cutting Board Blanks Carving Wood Craft Plywood Blades & Accessories (if the packaging seal is broken)
Reasoning: These are raw materials or consumable items where hygiene, custom cutting, or potential contamination prevents resale. A cutting board blank or piece of carving wood is selected for a specific project, much like a custom-cut piece in your workshop.
Defective/Damaged Items: If any item from these categories arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
Refund Timeline & Methods
We process refunds with the same seriousness we apply to securing a payment for premium tools.
- Timeline: 5-10 business days after we receive and approve your return.
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
