Returns & Exchanges: Our Commitment to Your Vision

15 days from the date you receive your shipment.

✅ Condition

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition with all accessories, manuals, and parts.

🔁 Exchanges

Available for identical items in a different size or color, subject to stock availability.

📦 Return Shipping

Customer’s responsibility, unless we shipped the wrong or a defective item.

The Detailed Return Process: Step-by-Step

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our Customer Care team at [email protected]. Include your order number, product details (e.g., “Domino Joiner,” “C-Channel”), and reason for return.
  2. Receive Your RMA & Instructions: If approved, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. No returns are accepted without an RMA number clearly marked on the box.
  3. Pack and Ship Your Return:
    • Securely repack the item in its original packaging with all components.
    • Place the RMA number on the outside of the box.
    • Ship to our returns center using a trackable carrier (DHL, FedEx, EMS). We highly recommend insurance for valuable items like tools.
  4. Our Inspection & Your Resolution: Once received, our team will inspect the item. Upon approval:
    • Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
    • Exchanges: The replacement will be shipped via your chosen method. If out of stock, we will issue a refund or discuss an alternative.

⚠️ Important Exceptions: Non-Returnable Items

In the spirit of transparency and akin to the specific handling required for certain workshop materials, the following product categories are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive defective or damaged (report within 48 hours with photos):

  • Cutting Board Blanks
  • Carving Wood
  • Craft Plywood
  • Blades & Accessories (if the original packaging seal is broken)

Reasoning: These are raw materials or consumable items where hygiene, custom selection, or potential contamination prevents resale. A cutting board blank is chosen for a specific purpose, much like a custom-cut piece in your own shop.

Refund Timeline & Methods

We process refunds with the seriousness of securing a payment for a premium Festool product.

  • Timeline: 5-10 business days after we receive and approve your return.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): The refund will appear on your statement. Posting time depends on your bank’s policy (typically an additional 3-5 business days).
    • PayPal: The refund will be sent to your PayPal account, usually reflecting within 24 hours of our processing.
  • Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
