Tools Wood Shop specializes in high-quality woodworking tools, hardware, and materials. Our offerings include, but are not limited to:

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications on our site are accurate. However, slight variations in color, grain, or dimension may occur in natural materials like wood. Product availability is subject to change.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items: Due to their nature as raw materials or consumables, the following are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive defective or damaged (must be reported within 48 hours with photos):

4. Orders and Payment Terms

Order Processing

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). An order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your order; we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before shipment for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, errors in pricing or description, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept the following payment methods:

You authorize us to charge the total amount of your order (including shipping and applicable taxes) to your selected payment method at the time of purchase. Payment must be completed in full before order processing begins.

Shipping

We ship globally but are currently unable to deliver to some remote regions and parts of Asia. The customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country.

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 flat rate via DHL or FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless an error was made on our part. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier schedules, destination, and customs processing.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. Please review our detailed policy below.

  • Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your shipment.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition with all accessories, manuals, and parts.
  • Process: You must contact our Customer Care at [email protected] within the return window to initiate a request and receive an RMA number. Returns shipped without an RMA will not be accepted.
  • Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless we shipped the wrong or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable and insured service.
  • Exchanges: Available for identical items in a different size or color, subject to stock availability.
  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve your return. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
